Swatch Scubaqua: a campaign that immerses the audience in its underwater world

To celebrate the launch of Swatch’s new Scubaqua collection, Base3 was in charge of the full visual setup of shop windows across Spain.

The creative concept aimed to evoke the feeling of being underwater, using contrasts between matte and glossy finishes. We used vinyls and Pegasus panels as matte backgrounds and highlighted key elements —such as the brand logo and jellyfish figures— using glossy acrylic.

We also applied selective gloss varnish to create volume and a tactile effect that drew the eye and invited interaction. The result was a cohesive visual experience aligned with the collection’s theme, attractive and easy to roll out across multiple retail locations.

At Base3, we work with materials, techniques, and finishes that add visual value while maintaining efficiency in production and installation.
